What are the biggest levers for sustainable building in Liechtenstein? In July 2023 the Boss family asked us to replace a single-family house of 1962 in Vaduz with an apartment building. As the groundwater lies only 1.5 to 3 metres below the surface, we lifted the building and put the parking on the ground floor, with no basement. Four apartments in timber stand above it. The topping-out was celebrated on 8 May 2026.
