Holzhaus V

Schaan, Liechtenstein, 2019–2022

Holzhaus V makes room for the next generation in a rowhouse in Schaan that three families planned and largely built themselves in 1980. We renovated the two floors of one part of the row and added two new storeys in timber, with a roof terrace and a new elevator. The residents call the addition “the bird's nest”. The lower flat was finished in September 2022, and three generations live in the two flats.
