House Nigg

Can a plot with one single-family house hold two or even three households? In 2021 we studied this for the owners of a house in Vaduz. We tested four volumes against the height limits of zone W2. The chosen variant spirals upwards in timber around a concrete core, adding a new house of 129 m² and a studio of 49 m² to the existing one. The final study booklet is dated 21 March 2022.
