Rietle Senior Plus Residence

Schaan, Liechtenstein, 2021–2024

How should a Senior Plus home be designed so that its residents feel at home in private, in the community and in the village? For the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum (HPZ), we planned Rietle in Schaan from 2021 in a joint venture with Hansjörg Hilti Architekturbüro AG. Its two houses hold four shared flats for 24 older people with special needs, whose rooms are prefabricated timber boxes. The residents moved in on 15 January 2024.
