WegbereiterInnen

Vaduz, Liechtenstein, 2018

Who pushed art forward in a predominantly agricultural society? In 2018 the sculptor Lilian Hasler and the architect Luis Hilti curated “11 Wegbereiter_Innen” in the Kunstraum Engländerbau in Vaduz with all members of visarte.liechtenstein over 70. From each of the 11 artists they chose one early and one current work. Luis Hilti designed the exhibition architecture from white-painted offcut slats. Their book “Wegbereiter_innen” received the award “Schönste Bücher aus Liechtenstein” for 2018.
