Hosting
The website is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). With every request Cloudflare processes the data this technically requires, namely the IP address, date and time, the address requested and the details of the browser, to deliver the pages and to protect them from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and available website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes these data on our behalf. For transfers to the USA Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
No cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in the browser. Fonts and program libraries are served from the same server as the website, and no data go to further third parties.
If you write to us, we use your details to answer your enquiry and keep them as long as this and statutory retention periods require (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Links
Instagram, LinkedIn and the websites the news refer to are ordinary links. No data go to these providers until you open a link, and their privacy policies apply from then on.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for their rectification, erasure or the restriction of processing, object to the processing and receive your data in a common format (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR).
