Biodiversity and Urban Landscapes

Vaduz, Liechtenstein, 2022

How can near-natural green spaces in a settlement increase the diversity of plants and animals and let children grow up with and in nature? In 2022 Luis Hilti and Anne Brandl taught a studio at the University of Liechtenstein on the meadow below the Ebenholz primary school in Vaduz. After a workshop with the pupils, 13 students developed 12 projects. The municipality of Vaduz then decided to build a combination of them in 2023.
