Monotony and Biodiversity

What does biodiversity have to do with architecture? Monotony and Biodiversity began in March 2022 with a lecture by Luis Hilti at the University of Liechtenstein. In September 2022 we wrote the white paper “Monotony and (Bio)diversity”, with five principles for design. In workshop-lectures participants decide which of two options is more biodiverse and draw their lives with their non-human co-inhabitants. In October 2023 we presented the material as “Biodiversität und Gerechtigkeit”.
