Slavutych Tables

Liechtenstein, 2022

In 2022 we wanted to set something against the quick normalisation of the violence in Ukraine. With the cabinetmaker Edgar Bargetze, a friend since a road trip to Slavutych in 2017, we built trestle tables with tops painted half yellow and half blue. In spring 2022 seven municipalities placed one at their town hall as a sign of solidarity with Ukraine. The income minus material costs went to the Liechtenstein Red Cross.
