Masterplan Unterbendern

Gamprin-Bendern, Liechtenstein, 2022–2024

Can a new urban centre emerge in Liechtenstein? For the municipality of Gamprin-Bendern we drew up the masterplan for Unterbendern with Salewski Nater Kretz, TEAMverkehr and PVLA. It defines six building areas with about 63,000 m² of floor area and a new square with the country's second most important public transport hub. The council took note of it on 20 March 2024, and a first competition for building area C was decided in December 2025.
