What does architecture have to do with biodiversity? In short: everything. It just has not dawned on most architects yet. Biodiversity-positive architecture is a field yet to be established in a profession still grappling with the notion of climate change. This lecture-workshop was meant to establish the basis for this approach and illuminate different design strategies beyond adding some plants or bee hotels but attacking the substance of architectural design.
